Reporting to our MarTech and Personalisation Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the delivery of our digital channel experiences to our current and prospective members. As our Marketo specialist, you will have a delivery focus in optimizing and extending personalized marketing campaigns across a range of Adobe products
Your key duties will include:
- Hands on delivery of marketing campaigns through the execution of Marketo to comply with marketing requirements
- Ensure campaigns and journeys are build to meet the stakeholders needs and fulfil legal requirements (Opt In/Opt out , SPAM compliance)
- Provide personalisation expertise for specific campaigns and/or experience enhancements across digital channels
- Support and assurance in end-to-end campaign design and orchestration of multi-channel for omni-channel experiences
- Working with technology to optimize delivery and stabilize the platforms.
- Work closely with customer experience and Finance teams in the integration of journey and enterprise data models and segmentation to ensure a 360 customer view is integrated across entire MarTech stack
About You:
- Previous experience using Marketo to optimise marketing strategies and plans to achieve organisation KPIs and metrics
- Exposure to using Martech to achieve personalised, omni-channel digital experience
- An ability to Identify new campaign audiences and experiences that MarTech enables; Channel integration across owned, earned and paid channels; and, MarTech for measurement, analytics and insights
- Ideally have expertise across end-to-end MarTech stack including: Dynamics CE/Salesforce CRM; Marketing Automation including Adobe Suite (Marketo, AEC, etc); Third-party Advertising & Personalisation Channels; Website Platforms including SiteCore; eCommerce; Enterprise Data / Customer Data Platforms such as Azure)
