Tasks & responsibilities
- Drive website traffic and enhance conversion via Digital Marketing channels such as SEO, social media, SEM, email strategy
- Measure and report on performance of digital channels and campaigns and assess against targets for ROI and KPIs
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify target accounts, create personalised campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Continuously analyse and report on the performance of account-based marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise and refine strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience across all marketing touchpoints
Qualifications & experience
- 2+ Years experience in Digital Marketing industry
- eCommerce - experienced in B2C or B2B eComm businesses
- CRM - experienced in using Mailchimp/Klaviyo (or similar) build, plan, test, report.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Social - Strategy, Plan and roll out, influencer management experience
- Digital Advertising - Using data and metrics to plan and roll out GoogleAds, and Social Ads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
