A new position has risen for a part-time Admin Assistant at Garden Organics, a successful and growing composting business.
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic all-rounder/parts interpreter to assist with admin work at our warehouse in Wangara. This will start as a casual role with the possibility of permanent part time.
This role may involve:
- Making follow-up calls to customers to collect orders
- Data Entry from a mix of handwritten and digital notes
- Filling of paperwork
- Checking emails
- Some invoicing
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Contacting parts suppliers to locate parts for repairs
- Organising couriers to collect parts
- Recording of completed Pre-Start & Repair Job cards
- Updating Fleet Repair Schedule
- Documenting reported issues with vehicles
Someone ideal for this role will be:
- Proficient in using excel
- Able to multi-task
- Punctual
- Reliable
- Have good phone manner
- Organised
Hours would be 7:30-3:30 three days a week. There is some flexibility in which days but ideally Friday would be excluded.
