Job Description
As our Digital Marketing Coordinator your role will be pivotal in building and promoting the NEXTDC brand. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and execute dynamic Digital Marketing activities while maintaining the integrity of our marketing assets.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Social Media and Content Strategy:
- Craft engaging and innovative daily social media posts, incorporating video, thought leadership, and brand-related content.
- Track online/social media performance, measuring relevant metrics to ensure alignment with goals.
- Manage and implement the video content strategy, utilizing tools like Vimeo Interactive for higher engagement.
- Manage Brightsigns using BrightAuthor and explore innovative methods for displaying content on screens.
- Update and manage NEXTDC's Intranet page, ensuring it contains up-to-date messaging, collateral, and web links.
- Track the performance and impact of marketing efforts through vital sign reports.
- Strong alignment to NEXTDC’s values.
- Curious, inquisitive, and open-minded.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and effectively.
- Enjoy working both independently and collaboratively.
- A business or marketing degree (or currently studying one)
- 2 years social media marketing experience or 5 years’ experience in general marketing and communications activities.
- Analytics expertise for data driven decision making.
- Experience in the technology industry and B2B marketing
- Social media management experience for both paid and organic on social media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Skills in graphic design (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva) and Vimeo
