The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a self-motivated, creative and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team based at our Oceania HQ office in Seven Hills but moving to a state-of-the-art head office in Kemps Creek later in 2024. The successful candidate will be working across all brands, categories and product ranges, supporting the Marketing Communications Manager, as well as the commercial, technical and human resources teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, scheduling and publishing digital and social media content
- Responding to and encouraging engagement within our social media community
- Assisting with the creation of content for internal and external audiences
- Supporting the implementation of digital campaigns and programs
- Maintaining website content including regular updates and uploads
- Participating in the upkeep of key digital projects such as NPS and e-learning
- Liaising with suppliers of digital platforms and services
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, where required

- Displays methodical and accurate attention to detail
- Has exceptional time management skills and discipline to meet deadlines

- Displays self-motivation and a strong personal drive
- Proven computer literacy including Microsoft apps (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- 1-2 years’ experience in full time or part time employment
- Two work-related referees
- Australian citizen
Desirable
Bachelor degree or vocational education in communications, media or marketing.
