The Marketing Team provides end-to-end brand management across B2B and B2C communications.
Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution of Digital Marketing strategies across different brands:
- Work with DMM in the implementation of multi-channel end-to-end customer journey strategies across different businesses.
- Assist in managing and implementing CRM, email marketing automation and database segmentation across a range of businesses.
- Project manage SEO strategies & plans across a range of businesses to drive organic traffic and online engagement.
- Deliver rollout of content and functionality updates across multiple websites and other digital touchpoints.
- Assist in implementing paid search and paid social strategies to drive both brand awareness and revenue.
- Deliver ongoing reporting and analysis of digital channels making recommendations based on insights.
- Work effectively as a part of a team to ensure all allocated tasks are executed within expectations.
- Be curious and stay up to date with technology and innovation in the Digital Marketing space and bring new ideas and methods to the group.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing and social channels.
- Experience in email marketing automation tools such as Active Campaign or similar.
- Experience using WordPress or similar platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.
- Positive, can-do attitude and desire to learn.
- Detail-oriented and excellent time management skill.
- Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Enjoy working face to face with colleagues, full-time in our North Sydney office.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Experience working with multiple brands simultaneously would be highly advantageous.
