The Role:
An opportunity exists to become an integral part of the team at this fashion and fast-growing international business. We are seeking a dynamic, solutions-oriented Digital professional with strong analytical and digital skills who can champion Tutu du Monde’s unique aesthetic across the AU, EU and US eCommerce platforms. This is a multifaceted role and will be best suited to an energetic and collaborative team player.
The Digital coordinator has a central role working with our sales, marketing, and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the COO and Social Media Coordinator on maximising digital sales, traffic and site conversion
- Work with the COO to ensure the Tutu du Monde digital assets (sites, digital colabs, etc) represent the brand appropriately
- Manage all product information from initial stock upload to on-site maintenance.
- Ensure correct pricing, descriptions, colours and images are displayed at all times across all online sites.
- Oversee site navigation, search, tagging, category filters, upsells and product merchandising.
- Coordinate across the marketing, promotions, and product launches.
- Monitor and review website functions and customer journey for continuous improvement and work with our IT team for website updates and fixes
- Apply market innovation and consumer insights to improve the online offering and customer life cycle.
- Stay up to date with market leaders and competitor websites for potential updates and best practice, opportunities for improvement, action planning.
- Monitor on site and sales performance, including weekly and daily sales and performance reporting
- Work with the customer service and dispatch manager
- third party customer care agent and facilitate escalated customer care issues
- regarding cycle stock counts, discrepancies, etc.
- Perform Farfetch product uploads and reporting (monthly)
- Coordinate visual asset requirements with the Creative Manager and graphics team
- Together with the COO and Social Media coordinator, work with digital agency on paid search, paid social campaigns, EDMs
- As required, support the team on other marketing and sales initiatives
Key Skills:
- 3+ years’ experience in a digital position, ideally in Fashion, Lifestyle or Beauty
- Technical literacy in Shopify Plus, Gorgias and Klaviyo or similar platforms
- Strong analytical, project management and communication skills
- A can-do attitude, solutions oriented.
- Detail-orientated, deadline-driven and ability to multi-task, with solid organisational and time management skills.
