The Opportunity
This is a hybrid role where you’ll be responsible for the strategy, implementation & engagement of our clients' paid Digital Marketing services. You will build strong relationships with a small portfolio of small to medium-sized business owners & assist them in accelerating the growth of their eCommerce business. You will also actively participate in website design and presentation, with a focus on UI/UX and proficiency CRO web design (Shopify platform).
In this role - you’ll be responsible for:
- Working directly with small to medium-sized eCommerce business owners to develop strong working relationships in order to help them achieve their business goals.
- You will be in charge of developing, strategising, and implementing Digital Marketing initiatives, with a focus on paid advertising. This involves overseeing the implementation, optimisation, and management of paid media campaigns across META, Google, and TikTok.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance across paid media and email platforms, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis to continually enhance their marketing strategies.
- Keeping up to date with the latest Digital Marketing trends & identifying key opportunities for our clients
What we need from you:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in paid media, across platforms including Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing
- High aptitude for creative thinking & problem-solving
- You’re a self-starter & have the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Strong interpersonal & time management skills
- Ability & desire to build strong relationships with our clients
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify (essential) and WooCommerce.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS coding.
- Experience in website personalization and optimization strategies, with an understanding of UX/UI principles.
