The Company
You will be working for Australia’s largest photographic retailer at their head office on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Established over 35 years ago, and with over 50 stores nationwide, whether you are a professional photographer, or someone with a just loves taking photos, they are your go-to for anything photography or camera related.
They are currently going through an exciting growth period and are looking to expand and develop their digital presence – which is where the Digital Marketing Manager comes in!
The Role
Working with a motivated and enthusiastic marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager will lead the Digital Marketing activities across all channels to deliver great outcomes for the retail business. With strong, demonstrated experience in social media strategy and management, and running email campaigns, you will contribute to driving an increase in sales to ensure the continued success of this already well-established and highly respected company.
Duties

• Lead and manage all social media and email marketing.
• Execute the retail marketing calendar activity plan
• Lead the delivery of all EDMs, marketing automation and the loyalty program.
• Ensure all marketing- related materials and assets are delivered to a consistently high standard and on time.
• Support the retail store network with their day-to-day marketing needs.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Design Team to develop assets for website and Digital Marketing campaigns.
• Manage customer data and segmentation.
• Work with the Marketing Team to deliver all supplier campaigns and promotions, and the Category Team on the management of product merchandising on the website.
• Work with the agency and internal team to resolve all day-to-day issues relating to the website.
• Deliver campaign reporting and analysis.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing across social and email marketing.
• Experience with website management (ideally Magneto)
• A strong passion for Digital Marketing and social media.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• A positive, collaborative and solution-focused attitude.
