About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our passionate Retail Marketing team.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, this is an exciting opportunity to join the BOQ Group as Digital Marketing Manager working across multiple brands (BOQ, Virgin Money Australia and ME Bank) and product portfolios within the Group.
Sitting within the Digital Marketing Team, this role is responsible for supporting growth and retention objectives across performance marketing channels and supporting the maturity uplift and transformation of Digital Marketing across the Group.
You will manage agency relationships and operating rhythms with respect to Performance and Digital Marketing across the BOQ group. Work closely with the Customer Analytics and Direct Marketing teams in defining audience, targeting and how best to utilise first party data to inform performance marketing activity.
About you
We're looking for a natural leader with 3-5 years in a similar role. In addition you will be able to demonstrate:
- Strong knowledge in Search and Paid Digital Media Channels
- Knowledge in utilising analytics to measure, analyze and report on performance metrics with actionable insights
- Knowledge of digital media planning and buying processes
- A combination of technical aptitude/judgement, commercial acumen and project management skills
- Strong stakeholder and partner management skills
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at various levels across the business
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects, tasks and deadlines
