The scope of our business, combined with global growth and collaboration result in an inclusive employee experience characterised by continuous learning, development, and achievement.As part of The Walt Disney Company’s Studio & Integrated Marketing team, the Marketing Asset Coordinator will support the Disney+ marketing team by delivering campaign and social assets for Disney+ brand and content marketing activity.The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be detail oriented, enjoy moving at pace, and have exceptional time and people management capabilities. And of course, it would help to love our brands as much as we do!Your main areas of responsibility will include:Localise and/or create marketing campaign assets for all paid channels ie social, digital, OOH, radio, transit, retail, TVPrepare presentations, pitch documents, creative briefs, and campaign summariesHave a detailed knowledge of asset specs and deadlines and work closely with our media agency to ensure timely deliveryFacilitate relationship with any third parties required to seek approval for local use of content for marketing purposesBrief creative agencies as required and coordinate approvals with the US and regional Disney + teams as needed in association with Marketing ExecutiveCollaborate with broader team to drive innovative, “best in class” campaignsTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Tertiary degree qualification in marketing or similar1-2 years’ experience within a business environmentUnderstanding the importance and implementation of Corporate Brand GuidelinesExposure to localising and creating Marketing Assets would be an advantageSuperior organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple, diverse relationships and projectsCreative and innovative – challenges the status quo and seeks new and better ways of doing thingsResults focused – strong sense of urgency and ability to work in deadline driven environmentAdditional Information:The Walt Disney Company can provide individual accessibility support that may be needed during your interview process.
