Senior Paid Media Manager

We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Manager to join our client. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing paid media campaigns across both paid search and paid social channels. You'll be able to bring expertise in key platforms, including Google Performance Max, Google Shopping, Google Search, and Google Display Ads.
Whilst no two days are the same, you can expect to be across the following areas:
- Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Performance Max, Google Shopping, and Google Search.
- Oversee and optimize paid social campaigns to maximize client ROI.
- Client Interaction:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals, and communicating campaign strategies and results effectively.
- Collaborate with clients to gather insights, provide recommendations, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Navigate client feedback and assertively communicate when necessary to ensure the success of campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to align messaging and visuals with campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with other team members to integrate paid media strategies into broader marketing initiatives.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to clients with actionable insights.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize and improve campaign performance.
Whilst everyone brings their own set of skills and experience to each role, we will be looking to shortlist people with:
- Paid Media Experience:
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns, with a focus on both paid search and paid social.
- Demonstrated expertise in Google Performance Max, Google Shopping, Google Search, and Google Display Ads.
- Client-Facing Skills:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Comfortable presenting and explaining complex concepts to clients.
- Team Collaboration:
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.

- Our client is based in Penrith, so please take this into consideration when applying
- There is plenty of onsite parking, with all the facilities you'd need
- They do offer hybrid working, with flexibility to make the role work for you
- Salary: we have a range between $100k - $120k + super.
- Sponsorship is not on offer for this role, so only citizens and PR visa holders will move to the interview round.
