About the Role
Due to an exciting internal promotion, there is now an opportunity for an incredible Digital Marketing Specialist to join a growing retail business! In this role, you will lead the Digital Marketing strategy, manage paid social campaigns across Google and Facebook and look at other opportunities for the business to gain further market share. This is the ideal role for someone who wants to be a part of a successful and growing business where they can continue to learn and develop their career in Digital Marketing.
- Work in collaboration with a media agency to manage Digital Marketing advertising;
- Monitor, drive and analyse digital performance metrics – conversion rates and ROI; and
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies and best practice to ensure continuous innovation.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing Specialist position;
- Experience in the retail space – whether that be in a client-side or agency role;
- Exceptional cross-functional stakeholder management abilities;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; and
- High attention to detail.
