The Role
This position will form part of an experienced digital team, led by a Head of Digital.
The company's average tenure is ~4 years, which is a testament to its excellent employee experience and internal culture of training, development, and progression.
In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing and optimising Digital Marketing plans across a number of our key channels, including Search, SEO, Social & Display
As you progress, there is a view to collaborate closely with senior team members to strategise and plan
This position would be well suited to a digital media specialist who has come from an agency environment, with experience implementing and optimising campaigns across at least one of the above-mentioned channels (however if you have experience across more than one, that's a huge bonus!).
Equally, this could also suit a junior in-house digital marketer, who is looking to develop themselves and join a large business with global exposure
What we're looking for?
- 2+ years Digital marketing & media experience across one or more of the following channels - search, SEO, social media, display
- Proven capability in implementing campaigns with an ability to be on the tools
- Understanding of campaign optimisation, and the ability to utilise data and insights to make recommendations and improvements
- Ability to work in a team environment, showcasing strong collaboration and communication skills
