The Role:

Flex your social media skills, taking carriage of meta platforms along with the website where you’ll be immersed in data, analytics and working up how to make our next post viral!
Working as part of a smaller team, you’ll not only get to further your skills in Digital Marketing, but at times you’ll be tasked with jobs outside of this in communications, events and other areas. Each day is different for you, but you’ll also have flexibility in where you work, from the office or at home. Think social advertising, SEM, SEO, website updates, email marketing and figuring out the best way to reach your audience.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance Mai-Wel’s digital presence in line with the communications plan.
- Plan and execute social media communications to increase brand exposure.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging online content and graphics that align with branding strategies.
- Maintain and update the Mai-Wel websites using WordPress.
- Utilise SEO and Google Analytics to optimise digital performance.
- Support the team with media releases and internal communications where required.
- Participate in events and contribute to the overall communications strategy.
You’re a creative and self-driven Digital Marketing professional with:
- Proven experience in social media management, digital advertising and website management.
- Proficiency in Facebook Business Suite, Google AdWords, and SEO.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with email marketing campaigns and content creation.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Experience in Adobe Suite, highly desirable.
- Brings energy, a positive attitude, new ideas and a can-do attitude to every project!
