The Future Student Recruitment team has been established to strengthen marketing efforts, ensuring UNSW is the premier destination in the state for local students and the premier destination in the country for internationals.
The Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist is a specialist role responsible for the planning and implementation of Digital Marketing activity to recruit postgraduate and Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) students, with a focus on nurturing and converting leads. Students will be domestic for Postgraduate and AGSM.
Who You Are:
Our ideal candidate is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and driving continuous improvement. Experience in the higher education sector experience would be favourable, but not essential. They will be familiar with various email marketing platforms, leveraging past campaign insights to continually optimise and improve Digital Marketing efforts. They will craft impactful communication strategies and elevate our digital customer experience.
Collaborating with marketing, content, and web teams, they will refine websites and digital content to boost sales funnel conversion, while engaging with recruitment and faculty stakeholders to ensure aligned deliverables and customer-centric messages.
Skills and Experience:
• A relevant tertiary qualification and relevant experience or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any combination of education, training, and student recruitment experience.
• Experience working with marketing automation platforms, with Adobe Marketing Cloud experience preferred.
• Commercial acumen and knowledge of Digital Marketing / ecommerce, with an understanding of sales funnels and activation. Experience in student recruitment will be highly regarded.
• Ability to apply judgement, creativity and flexibility to generate new optimisation approaches and to solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of students, staff and external stakeholders. High level of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
• An understanding of and commitment to UNSW’s aims, objectives and values in action, together with relevant policies and guidelines.
• Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant health and safety training
