About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in their marketing team, collaborating closely with other stakeholders to enhance their online presence and drive digital engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating compelling content for their master site to engage their audience effectively.
- Updating landing pages to promote their centers and ensuring a visually appealing layout on their website.
- Managing SEM and Google accounts, working closely with agencies to optimise account performance across platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Generating monthly reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Developing and managing Facebook ad campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
- Overseeing the Facebook Business platform, SEO efforts, and other Digital Marketing initiatives.
- Ideally, having experience with Salesforce or familiarity with email marketing platforms.
- Bringing a passion for Digital Marketing, initiative, and the ability to provide valuable insights and inputs to enhance their strategies.
- Demonstrating enthusiasm and proficiency in managing Google Ads campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on content creation, SEM, social media advertising, and analytics.
- Proven track record of managing successful Digital Marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or email marketing platforms is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for the healthcare industry and a desire to make a positive impact.
