- Digital Campaign Execution: End-to-end execution of campaigns across multiple digital channels, including but not limited to social media, email, website and paid advertising. Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Search, Google Ads and LinkedIn Advertising.
- Content Creation and Optimisation: Collaborate with marketing agencies and internal SMEs to develop compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. Optimise content for search engines and user experience.
- Email Marketing Automation and CRM Integration: Design and execute monthly email campaigns, including newsletters and lead nurturing. Creating engaging, relevant email content and building workflows. Manage and maintain eDM audience lists and support CRM integration of marketing activities/campaigns.
- Website Management: Manage and optimise the company website, landing pages and blogs using CMS platform. Manage and optimise SEO/SEM campaigns to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the website.
- Social Media Management: Day-to-day management of our social media channels including research, creation scheduling and monitoring.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign, website and social media success. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve strategies.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Collaborate and coordinate with external marketing agencies, ensuring with campaign objectives.
- This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of Digital Marketing and traditional marketing experience.
- Experience in a B2B business environment beneficial.
- Experience in Tech and/or Finance industries beneficial.
- Experience with current Digital Marketing platforms and tools including Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, CMS and eDM software.
- Proficient in utilising social media platforms and analytics tools for campaign tracking and reporting.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
