Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end marketing operations, including planning, budgeting, execution, and analysis.
Implement and optimize Digital Marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on social media and email marketing
Utilize CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, to track and analyze customer data for targeted marketing campaigns.
Create visually appealing marketing collateral and assets using graphic design tools such as Canva.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, leveraging data insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a fast-paced Marketing role
Strong skills in CRM, specifically HubSpot, for managing customer data and executing targeted marketing campaigns
Digital skillset, with proven success managing campaigns across social media channels
Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva to create visually compelling marketing assets.
A generalist mindset with a solid understanding of various marketing channels and operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A self-starter with a proactive attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team.
