Digital Marketing Specialist - Newcastle

The Digital Marketing Specialist works to gather, analyse, create, and inform marketing approaches that support Compassion Australia’s strategy through digital and multi-channel methods.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Develop digital marketing strategies by researching economic indicators, tracking user experiences and engagement preferences, identifying audiences (customers) current and future needs, and monitoring market competitors.
• Distributes and maintains the organisation’s social media presence in alignment with Compassion’s brand.
• Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals and brand target indicators (ROI and KPIs).
• Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues, trends, and insights.
• Plan and develop lead generation tools via digital experiences and platforms.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Strong skills in Adobe creative suite, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Sprout Social, Advertising Studio, Interaction Studio and Mobile Studio
• Basic skills in Power BI, Data Studio and Google Analytics
• Strong experience in digital marketing or relevant role
• Qualifications in (or working towards) a Degree in Marketing or Digital Communications, or other relevant disciplines (Highly Desirable)
