We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Office Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for executing Digital Marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, assisting with Office Administration tasks, and providing support to our team as needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute Digital Marketing campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads;
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content;
- Assist with website updates and maintenance;
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies;
- Provide general office support;
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Experience in the mortgage brokerage industry is a plus.
