Due to growth, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist, responsible for the implementation and management of our customer focused paid marketing activity across our digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Report into the Marketing Communications Manager but have overall responsibility for executing the digital marketing strategy across paid search, display, paid & organic social affiliate partnerships and SEO
Work with external agencies, plan, implement and report on Google Search Marketing & Digital Display Advertising
Monitor, measure and optimise the effectiveness of digital campaigns using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads etc.
Provide analysis and reporting on growth KPIs, engagement metrics and channel attribution
Champion the assimilation of new trends and technology for digital marketing
About You:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing
Proven experience in research and data analysis, with Google analytics qualifications
Solutions focussed
Experience running integrated marketing campaigns in paid and owned digital channels, marketing automation and SEO/SEM
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and prioritisation ability
Ability to develop strong internal relationships and collaborate with external agencies
Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment and have a lot of fun along the way
Knowledge & experience in Australian rural communities
The successful candidate should be self-motivated, organised, be able to work independently within a fast-paced creative team environment and have a great understanding of our brands aesthetic and customer needs.
