ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about working with a diverse group of stakeholders and implementing innovative digital solutions. The successful candidate will have the chance to enhance brand visibility, increase traffic and sales, and position the company as a leader in the industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
These duties include but are not limited to:
Digital Marketing
- Advise senior leaders on Digital Marketing strategies and digital platforms.
- Develop and execute digital campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Use SEO, SEM, and social media to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate on content and promotions, providing data-driven insights.
E-Commerce Management
- Manage e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing, and inventory.
- Strategise to maximise online sales and conversion rates.
Website Oversight
- Enhance user experience to drive engagement and sales.
- Create micro-sites and landing pages for campaigns.
- Manage website redesign and content management systems to reflect company brand and goals.
Collaboration and Data Analysis
- Work closely with various teams to optimise campaigns and monitor sales performance.
- Analyse data to uncover trends and opportunities, contributing to a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Mentoring
- Share your Digital Marketing expertise with the national team to boost online engagement and conversion.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a strategic Digital Marketing role.
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Project Management and Google/Meta certifications (desirable).
- Experience with sales data platforms (NetSuite and Straight Sell preferred), Digital Marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics), and social media management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Analytical approach to decision-making.
- Humble: you will define success collectively and not individually. There is no room for big egos or single concerns about status.
- Hungry: you will have a strong work ethic and be determined to get things done. Be responsible, self-motivated, and diligent.
