This is our promise to the Victorian community and the reason we exist. $116,223 per annum plus Superannuation Full Time, Ongoing Geelong Headquarters (Hybrid) About the roleThis is a social media community engagement role in team responsible for WorkSafe's communications activity. This role is the eyes, ears and voice of the organisation across social media and is responsible for developing and protecting WorkSafe's reputation. This role will also support broader communications and marketing activities as required. The position is responsible for; Analysing and reporting social media insights to ensure the business is well informed and opportunities for improvement are identified Writing project plans and briefs and working closely with suppliers to develop content and plan paid social media activity Working onsite at events and public activities to live tweet, produce content, coordinate live webcasts and provide general social media support Supporting other digital communications functions such as email marketing when required Please ensure you take a look at the Position Description via WorkSafe Careers for additional information and accountabilities for this role. About youThe Digital Media Advisor understands that WorkSafe is a complex, issues rich organisation and is trusted to make decisions that represent the organisation appropriately. The role is suited to a meticulous planner and highly effective communicator with a comprehensive understanding of the strengths and opportunities presented by social media with respect for the way people use each channel.
