• Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery that aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (such as sales, product, and design) to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.
• Optimize website user experience and oversee website maintenance and updates, working closely with web developers/designers when needed.
• Monitor and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and delivering strong ROI.
• Implement and manage digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign efficiency.
• Analyze customer journeys and touchpoints to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and emerging digital marketing platforms, recommending innovative approaches to reach and engage target audiences.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Skills/Attributes – Desirable:

• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
• Certifications in digital marketing or related fields (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint).
