About the role:
Lead the strategic development of a new mobile customer channel. As the Digital Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our digital ecosystem with a primary focus leading the development of a mobile capability that not only meets the needs of our existing customers and delivering new experience initiatives to attract and retain target customers. Working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will drive the product vision, test and validate experiences, prioritise initiatives, and ensure the successful delivery of a Mobile App that enhances digital channel capabilities.
In this role, you'll be:
- Leading the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to delivery in collaboration with cross-functional delivery teams
- Refining requirements, ensuring a customer-centric approach and a focusing on speed-to-market
- Collaborating with Experience Designers to conduct user research and develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and behaviours when managing their energy, and proactively monitoring and analysing customer feedback for continuous channel refinement and optimisation
- Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, gathering feedback, and incorporating insights into the product development process through regular workshops, showcases and initiative walkthroughs
- Communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders to create alignment on the mobile channel objectives
- Significant proven experience in mobile and/or digital service products as a Product Manager or Product Owner in an agile digital environment, especially as part of a Mobile App launch
- Proven experience in leading a cross-functional team to successfully drive strategic and tactical digital-first customer experiences.
- Strong influencing, storytelling, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver against target outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Commerce or Technology, or equivalent discipline
- Experience in the Energy Industry or similar service-related industries is preferred
