ABOUT THE ROLE:
To help with new client wins, REBORN has an exciting opportunity for a Full-time Digital Project Manager to join our team. We believe that the world is full of amazingly talented people and as such, this can be a remote position available to anyone globally. 4+ years of project management experience in a digital creative or digital marketing agency is a must.
Our Digital Project manager works as part of the team to ensure client projects are delivered on time, exceeding expectations of quality and within budget. Digitally minded & tech-savvy with exceptional oral and written communication skills, you will lead the project management process across a range of projects from digital marketing, websites and creative production.

Requirements
4+ years of project management experience in a digital creative or digital marketing agency is a must.
Bachelor degree in Marketing or relevant field
Prepare costings, timelines, and statement of work documents
Review and suggest production process improvements. Maintain a toolkit of project documentation including estimate templates, project plans, statements of work, status reports, change requests, functional specifications, etc.
Uphold production process standard within the agency.
Ensure all projects are tracked regularly and accurately.
Negotiate and manage third party costs
Enjoy working for Indy agencies.
Experience in briefing in creative according to channel strategy
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead, implement, and execute marketing plans
Experience managing projects across Web Development, Creative, Digital & Social Media Marketing campaigns
Experience managing projects for large FMCG clients
Proven ability to work autonomously, with bias for action and owning decisions.
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Must have a finger on the pulse and remain up to scratch with the latest growth and marketing trends
You have a “no task too small” attitude and can roll up your sleeves to get the job done when needed.
