ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are currently looking for a Digital Project Producer with demonstrative experience in managing a multidisciplinary team and stakeholders in the production of engaging web, video, audio and XR content across Museum Victoria's existing and new digital channels.

NOTABE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Project team leadership, project managing multidisciplinary teams in the development and delivery of a range of digital content for websites, video, social and other digital channels.
- A highly developed understanding of multimedia content production processes and the ability to brief and coordinate video producers, software developers, audio engineers and other technical experts.
- Engaging external stakeholders and partners, including writing and review of reciprocal project briefs and scope of works and management of third parties and external stakeholders to ensure adhereance to scope, schedule, budgets and contracts.
- Working with internal stakeholders to develop content delivery plans, creating and managing achievable team milestones and ensuring timely staggered delivery of content across our channels.
- A creative understanding for digital content that engages and caters for different audiences needs, an attentiveness to content accuracy and maintaining an organisation's reputation as a trusted source of knowledge..
OTHER INFORMATION
This is a 0.6- 0.8 (negotiable) part-time Fixed-term 31 January 2025. The salary on offer is $92,332 pro rata (Base of grade) + 11% superannuation.
