Key Responsibilities:
Act as a Nominated Supervisor, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre.
Plan and implement engaging, culturally responsive curriculum activities for 2-3 year olds.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment, integrating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into daily practices.
Demonstrate a commitment to using trauma-informed strategies to support the emotional well-being of children.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Passion for embracing and embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives in early childhood education.
Knowledge of trauma-informed strategies advantageous.
