How you'll make a difference:
As the Director Capability and Development, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities and delivering programs and projects which improve departmental performance and capability.
You will lead the People and Operations' business partnering team which provides the conduit between the department and the enabling function subject matter experts within the People and Operations Division. These business partners deliver timely, practical and proactive advice to divisions and, in parallel, draw on their engagement with divisions to identify opportunities to deliver enhancements to business processes.
The Director Capability and Development will be responsible for identifying opportunities for lifting staff Capability and the development of strategically and tactically focused learning and Development initiatives and programs.
The Director Capability and Development will also be responsible for the design and delivery of projects commissioned by operational and / or enabling divisions as it relates to operating model and business improvement projects including change support.
The Director Capability and Development will be responsible for a time-limited team supporting the implementation of Future Health structures and ways of working.
