Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint a skilled and suitably experienced applicant to the role of Director Clinical Training. In this role you will provide pre-vocational medical education for Junior Medical Officers (JMOs) and play an integral role in their medical education experience at Royal Perth Bentley Group. The successful applicant will work with the Director of Postgraduate Medical Education (DPGME) and collaborate with other Directors of Clinical Training (DCTs) and Medical Educational Officers (MEOs) to contribute to the planning, development and implementation of the various components of the RPBG pre-vocational training program. This position ensures duties carried out meet Accreditation Standards and the Australian Curriculum Framework for Junior Doctors. Help to integrate medical students into the hospital and involve them in hospital educational activities where appropriate.
