About This Opportunity
We are currently searching for an experienced Director, Commercial Business to develop and implement Commercial Business plans in managing the University’s assets.
Responsible for the overall management of Parking and Transport, Asset and Property Management, internal stakeholder communications, Acquisitions and Disposals, third line revenue opportunities and Systems Improvement this role is critical in ensuring all UQ’s campuses operate in a revenue-led, fit for purpose environment.
About You
The successful candidate will be an established executive with a strong track record of managing complex commercial infrastructure environments. You will be comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and have excellent problem solving and negotiation skills. Your previous experience leading a team will lend itself to developing a strong team culture and growing those within your team.
