Are you a seasoned communications professional with a passion for driving engagement and enhancing organizational reputation?
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead a small, collaborative team in developing and delivering cutting-edge corporate and internal communication plans, campaigns, materials, and events. Your efforts will be instrumental in fostering internal and external engagement and enhancing clients' reputations.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Leading and motivating a small team in the development, delivery, and evaluation of internal, external, and digital communication strategies, campaigns, events, and services.
- Cultivating effective working relationships to ensure an integrated communications approach aligned with the client's vision, values, and strategic priorities.
- Overseeing the preparation and implementation of compelling communication messaging, content, and materials across various traditional and digital channels.
- Managing client's digital strategy, and platforms, including the website and employee intranet, and guiding the development of new channels and tools.
- Managing graphic and digital design services, ensuring alignment with corporate brand and style guidelines to efficiently produce publications, materials, and presentations.
- Proactively identifying communication and reputation issues, leading the development of appropriate strategies and responses to minimize risk.
- Supporting the development and implementation of communication governance frameworks, policies, processes, reporting, and evaluation to drive consistency, best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to promote open communication, and shared learning, and facilitate the delivery of best practice communication and engagement initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in leading and motivating teams in the development and delivery of communication strategies and campaigns.
- Expertise in managing digital communication platforms, including websites and intranets.
- Strong understanding of graphic and digital design services, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate a matrix organization.
- Previous experience in a complex environment will be advantageous.
