THE ROLE:
- Develop and implement a group wide Digital Marketing strategy to drive revenue targets across hotels, F&B, conferences, events and spa
- Manage the annual marketing plan and budgets, working with the agency to forecast performance, creating business cases for incremental spend, track and manage all spend.
- Manage SEO and SEM initiatives to improve website traffic, conversion rate and ROAS
- Owner of brand.com and lead the optimisation and site performance through CRO, innovation and tech development
- Develop and manage a CRM strategy across multiple customer journey and audience segments. This includes developing the strategy, technical stack, customer segmentation, communication and ROI across journeys and tactical campaigns.
- Drive growth and retention of The Crowd Database loyalty program
- Deliver the evolution of the The Crowd Database loyalty program
- Digital lead generation for conferences & events and corporate partners
- Oversee the company’s social media strategy, driving content planning, strategy per product and channel, growth & engagement plans and enhanced analytics and insights.
- Guide local teams in the creation and distribution of engaging, relevant content across various digital platforms. Work with the Director Brand, Group to ensure content aligns with overall brand goals and brings the hotel personalities to life
- Be in the data daily. Know what is happening, what is working, what isn’t, (and why!) and bring the data to life for the business.
- Stay across Digital Marketing trends, changes and new technologies. Implement innovative strategies to keep the company ahead in a competitive market.
- Mentor a team of marketing professionals in market helping deepen their digital knowledge, effectiveness and performance. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy is delivered.
- Agency management
- Have previously worked in Digital Marketing and acquisition for large scale business, preferably across multiple accounts for a minimum of 5 years
- Relevant education or experience to show you understand Digital Marketing in detail
- Experience using Google Analytics
- Preferably experience managing Salesforce and social media management platforms
- Are able to show ROI examples of work that you’ve proactively driven, clearly outlining the initiative you’ve taken, the steps you took to deliver it and the results from this.
- Have a deep understanding of the drivers of marketing and display a customer centric approach.
- Bring a commercial and analytical mindset to marketing performance. Be able to review, read and interpret dashboards, P&Ls, and reports then be turn insights into action.
- Attention to detail which includes the ability to spot inaccurate data, accurately spell and use grammar properly
- Super organised, focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Additional information
- Based in Surry Hills, Sydney and work minimum 3 days in office.
- Salary up to $140,000.00 base + super + hotel discounts
- Occasional domestic Travel required
