As the Director Human Resources you will report directly into the General Manager Westmead Hospital and manage a team of HR generalists for a hospital that has over 6000 employees. Your roles involves:
- Providing leadership and strategic direction in workforce management across Westmead Hospital.
- Optimising workforce capacity as part of the Hospital Executive Team.
- Managing HR team in a business partnering model for cohesive workplace relations.
- Supporting organisational change through strategic planning and workforce initiatives.
- Collaborating with People and Culture directorate for consistency and specialist support.

- Excellent strategic planning, change management, project management and policy/procedure development skills including the ability to make complex judgements and take initiative.
