Reporting into the Executive General Manager, People, Culture & Safety, leading a small P&C team, you will partner with the senior leaders and provide timely, relevant, and contemporary HR practices to support the business as it continues its transformation journey. The role will be strategic in developing, designing and sourcing solutions, as well as operationally delivering and driving the implementation of these programs. As a trusted advisor and wise counsel to leaders, the role will adopt a proactive approach in improving leadership capability, employee engagement and lifting overall organisational capability and performance.
To be successful in this role, you will display the following attributes and/or experiences:
- Previous HR leadership experience gained across broad and complex environments;
- Strong experience in change management and cultural change;
- Demonstrated experience driving a people transformation agenda/strategy;
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence people at all levels within the organisation;
- Ability to balance people-centric culture initiatives with strategic commercial outcomes;
- High resilience and confidence to operate within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment;
- Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills at strategic and operational levels across all aspects of the employee experience and organisational culture;
