Director of Allied Health

Bayside Health Service are looking for a Director to join their Allied Health Division. The Allied Health Service provides inpatient and outpatient assessment and therapy, including services to paediatrics, adults, and aged care. Service locations include Redland Hospital, Redlands Satellite Hospital, Redland Community Health service, Redland Residential Care Facility and Wynnum Manly Community Health (Gundu Pa). This role is permanent full-time and based in Cleveland.

About the Role

• Provide high level leadership and strategic direction of Allied Health services including operational responsibility for the management of Bayside Health Service Allied Health Divisional staff and associated budget.
• Provide professional support and advice for health practitioners working within Bayside Health Service including those co-located in mental health and community-based health services.
• Collaborate with Bayside Health Service and the MSH Allied Health leaders to provide effective high-level strategic leadership, organisational governance and advocacy and advice regarding service expansion and development.
• Undertake assigned executive responsibilities or portfolios within Bayside Health Service.
