GV Health - Director of Nursing (DON) / Manager Euroa Campus.
Following the recent approval by the Victorian Government for Euroa Health's acute service to be delivered by GV Health we are now seeking an experienced nurse leader to lead the team as the Director of Nursing (DON). This is a new full time (with ADO per month) position will include responsibility for the management and operations of Acute, Urgent Care Centre, Medical Imaging, Hotel Support Services, Maintenance services and Administration services at Euroa Campus.
The DON/ Manager will provide efficient and effective management of the portfolio, ensuring clinical and strategic leadership, risk minimization and the continual performance monitoring and quality improvement in delivering quality and safe patient care.
The Hospital comprises of up to twenty (20) beds and provides acute hospital and palliative care services.
The successful candidate will have current registration with AHPRA as a registered Nurse. Relevant tertiary and or postgraduate qualifications in health management, business, education or health policy. Previous experience and record of achievement in a Senior Management role in acute, age or community (minimum 2 years' experience).
