Your part to play;
  • Ensure ongoing performance, engagement and development of the market team
  • Provide coaching and mentorship around Challenger Sales and other core coaching and development frameworks
  • Advocate for your market, work in partnership with the wider Figured teams to solve market challenges, drive product improvement and go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer on key deals and execution of market strategy
  • Maintain a proactive hands-on approach to generating sales leads and developing a sales pipeline
  • Develop close working relationships with key partnerships such as Xero and MYOB
What are we looking for;
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B tech sales within enterprise and mid-market sectors.
  • Proficiency in qualifying sales opportunities and cultivating a robust pipeline.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating top performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Success in driving customers' business growth beyond the initial sale.
  • Resilience and patience in nurturing relationships and assisting customers throughout their buying journey.
