- Ensure ongoing performance, engagement and development of the market team
- Provide coaching and mentorship around Challenger Sales and other core coaching and development frameworks
- Advocate for your market, work in partnership with the wider Figured teams to solve market challenges, drive product improvement and go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer on key deals and execution of market strategy
- Maintain a proactive hands-on approach to generating sales leads and developing a sales pipeline
- Develop close working relationships with key partnerships such as Xero and MYOB
- Demonstrated experience in B2B tech sales within enterprise and mid-market sectors.
- Proficiency in qualifying sales opportunities and cultivating a robust pipeline.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating top performance.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to senior stakeholders.
