About the role:
Reporting to the GM for ANZ, this business-critical leadership role will see the experienced Sale Director of Commercial set and executive a robust and winning go to market strategy that will set the business up for further growth in mature market segments such as landscape design, fabrication, and the agricultural market, as well as exploring new market opportunities with existing technology and new innovation coming down the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Bring together a diverse market sales team and develop them into a functional and capable high performing organisation
- Simplify the go to market strategy with a core focus of the sales activity based on the existing and newly emerging markets
- Explore new market penetration opportunities utilising existing product and manufacturing capability
- Drive cultural change of accountability and high performance
- Reporting to the GM for ANZ develop the GTM strategy for the commercial division and represent the BU across the wider organisation SL
- Degree in business or a related field
- Be an intelligent executive sales leader who enjoys being hands on and comfortable shifting between strategic and tactical initiatives
- Ideally have a strong pedigree coming from an industrial B2B business environment with diverse market experience – manufacturing
- Have vast experience of developing sales process/strategy that has a lasting impact on profit and overall performance
- Be a highly engaging and supportive people leader who can drive and influence positive change
- Have a hands on, inclusive and coaching leadership style

- This is an SLT role and will have full responsibility for the strategic plans for a division within a broader business
