Overview:
An exceptional opportunity awaits an experienced executive leader to join our executive team as the
Director, Office OF THE Chief Executive. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will play a pivotal role in leading effective organisational governance, providing strategic advice, and enabling a strong and effective working relationship with critical stakeholders, including our Minister’s Office.
The Role:
In this role, you will lead the Office OF THE Chief Executive, be instrumental in developing organisation wide processes and systems, maintain strategic alliances and networks both within and beyond DCP, and contribute to the delivery of performance systems which ensure accountability and drive outcomes.
About You:
You will have effective communication skills, along with an exceptional ability to build and nurture strong relationships of trust.
Knowledge of South Australia's economic, industrial, legal, social, and cultural environments will also be critical for providing high-level and accurate advice to the Chief Executive and the Minister.
You will also have:
extensive experience and people management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
high level organisational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise workloads to ensure efficient delivery of tasks to an executive level
strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to maintain these during high-pressure situations
a degree or post graduate qualification with substantial experience in a relevant field.
