About the Role

The Director Partnerships and Programs is responsible for leading the management and coordination of two portfolios First Nations and Early Childhood. As the Director, Partnerships and Programs you will:
* Lead the management and coordination of two portfolios, First Nations and Early Childhood, to ensure differentiated delivery of services and Programs to support children, students, families, and communities across the region.
* Value First Nations cultures and voice both within the Department and across agencies to ensure authentic First Nations engagement.
* Actively promote and support implementation of the department's strategic Early Years with all stakeholders.
* Promote inclusive and accessible learning environments and settings that drives equity and excellence across the region through the provision of advice to regional staff regarding effective cultural capability development.
* Ensure the continuous improvement of service delivery by monitoring the performance and capability of staff and develop and implement strategies to strengthen knowledge, business systems and team performance to meet organisational and client needs.
* Prioritise the participation and engagement of all children and students in development and learning pathways, that lead to successful educational outcomes and realises the potential of every First Nations state school student.
