Murray PHN is a part of the national network of Primary Health Networks across Australia. We work closely with the primary health system to identify opportunities to improve health outcomes in our community.
Murray PHN spans the northern Victoria area from Mildura to Woodend and eastward to Wodonga including Albury NSW. Servicing this area are offices and staff located in Albury (North East), Bendigo (Central Victoria), Mildura (North West) and Shepparton (Goulburn Valley) acknowledging that our region crosses many First Nation lands.
About the role:
Working with an organisation of 130 employees, Murray PHN's Director of People and Culture has a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our organisational development plan, ensuring alignment with our strategic direction. The Director will confidently lead initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture, drives workforce change, and implements best fit practices for workforce capabilities, operational effectiveness, and informed business decisions.
The successful candidate will lead a team to oversee all People and Culture operational functions, including policy development, workforce planning, industrial relations, employee lifecycle activities, Work Health & Safety, people data analytics, and human capital management systems.
Success in this role will require you to have experience in a similar leadership role, extensive knowledge of HR operations, policy development, workforce planning, and employee relations with the capability to build trusted relationships across our organisation.
The successful candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources / Employee Relations combined with extensive leadership experience.
- Experience at a senior level in the design, delivery, and management of integrated People and business transformation strategies and programs.
