AddressSTS-7 Director Programs Branch, Asset Management Division, Victorian School Building Authority
Reporting to the Executive Director, Asset Management Division, the role requires working closely and collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including school and sector stakeholders, the Department and regional leadership teams and other key government departments.
This role has a strong focus on customer relations, budget management, contract management and business improvement and has the following accountabilities:
- Leading a branch of the Division, ensuring exemplary leadership and people management
- Manage programs within budget and ensuring policy and program settings are right to achieve the organisation's objectives and leading change processes where needed.
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, particularly in relation to schools and other areas of the Department.
- Ensuring robust governance, financial and risk management for areas of responsibility
- As an executive member of the VSBA, participate effectively in the development of major resourcing policies and corporate strategies, and disseminate and implement decisions appropriately.
- Provide authoritative specialist advice and service support to the Executive Director, Ministers, the Deputy Secretary and CEO of the VSBA.
