The Project Controls team plays an important role in providing advice and guidance to project teams in the key areas of program management, cost forecasting, risk management, and project reporting. The team is responsible for managing all project controls systems and amalgamating all MRPV's project reporting, to enable various reports to be supplied to various government departments.

- Operating within a matrix structure, lead and oversee the management of functional teams responsible for program planning and management, risk and opportunity, reporting and utilities management.
- Maintain a key focus on managing risk, monitoring and assessing the status of all projects within the MRPV portfolio, ensuring they are in line with program and budget expectations.
- Analyse complex issues and risks within projects, monitoring and assessing their impact on the status of projects and identifying synergies or project management strategies that will assist in improving project delivery.
- Lead and oversee a team responsible for managing and amalgamating MRPV's project reporting, enabling the supply of various reports to relevant Government departments.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment checks which include national police checks and misconduct screening. Please be advised that it is requirement for all MTIA staff to be compliant with the MTIA COVID-19 Vaccination Policy (the Policy). The Policy stipulates that, unless an employee is an Excepted Person within the meaning of the Policy, in order to attend an MTIA workplace the employee must hold ‘up-to-date' vaccination status in accordance with ATAGI guidance, which for most includes their primary vaccination course and booster.
