The Position
Monash College seeks an outstanding Director, Student Success and Teaching Excellence to shape the strategic direction of its education programs, ensuring that Student Success, retention, and transition rates are maximised across all its education offerings.
Reporting to Executive Director of Education, the role collaborates closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic and innovative approaches to education, enhancing Teaching Excellence, and promoting student-centric programs. Leading the development of key strategies and initiatives to drive a culture of continuous improvement and growth, the Director will engage widely to monitor and understand trends and student needs, in order to drive retention rates and Student Success more broadly. The role will lead the development of strategies that enhance the capabilities of teaching staff, promoting professional teaching practice, in addition to ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams to drive transformative change. Through your strong understanding of educational trends and regulatory requirements, you will demonstrate a track record of success in the achievement of commercial and academic success. With a strategic focus, and a passion for fostering Student Success and promoting retention, you will be experienced in driving cultural change and leading a culture of continuous improvement.
