Qualifications & experience
- Minimum Qualification: Certificate III in Community Service or equivalent or willing to complete through the company.
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Police Check (undertaken in the past 6 months)
- NDIS Workers Check
- NDIS Modules (willing to complete)
- Any Nationally Certified Certificates Applicable to the Disability and Mental Health Industry.
- First Aid + CPR
- License + Reliable Car
- 6-12 Months Paid Experience (Desirable)
- Experience in Dealing with Schizophrenic Behaviours (Desirable)
Tasks & responsibilities
- Tasks and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Day-to-Day Cleaning, adhereing to reporting processes, clear communication, professional boundary setting, attending online team meetings.
- Transporting Clients for Medical Appointments.
- Completing Shift Notes to Company Standard.
- Completing Incident Reports to Company Standard.
- Completing all Documentation to Company Standard.
- Arriving 10-15 min early for shift.
- Team Player
- Understanding Company Policy and Procedure.
