As a part-time supervisory position, you'll coordinate external support workers to deliver quality services to individuals in a supported accommodation setting. You'll also provide direct support and perform general administration tasks.
In this role, you'll work closely with our Area Manager to ensure positive behaviour support plans, team development, and adherence to our mission and values. Flexibility in working various shifts is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, including roster coordination and general administration tasks.
- Provide leadership guidance and support to the support staff.
- Consult on behaviour support plans and team development.
- Support individuals with disabilities in their home and community.
- Attend team meetings and ensure policy compliance.
- Maintain regular contact with families and resolve any issues.
- Experience in the disability sector or providing disability support.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literacy and smartphone proficiency.
