Role Overview: We are seeking empathetic and dedicated Disability Support Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our clients to help them achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities as outlined in their individual support plans.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for clients.
- Monitor and report on client progress and well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Requirements:
- Experience as a community support worker preferred.
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- Current National Police Certificate (Police Check) for employment.
- Working With Children (WWC) Check (if applicable).
- Current First aid & CPR
- Car with comprehensive insurance
