Title: Disability Service officer
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and care to individuals with disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Implement individualized care plans and support goals
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for individuals with disabilities
- Encourage and promote independence and community integration
- Document and maintain accurate records of services provided
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being of individuals

Note: Prior experience in disability support or related field is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
